Return & Exchange Policy

At Value Gold Coins, we deal in precious metals where product integrity, purity, and market-linked pricing are critical. Hence, all transactions are treated as final and binding.

1. Final Sale

All products purchased through Value Gold Coins are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery. Gold and silver coins are highly sensitive products with fluctuating market value; therefore, returns based on personal preference, price changes, or any other reason are not permitted.

2. Eligible Scenarios for Return

A return request will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery
  • The product delivered does not match the order placed

No other scenarios will qualify for return or exchange.

3. Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for return consideration:

  • The product must remain unused and in original condition
  • The tamper-proof packaging must be intact and not opened
  • The assay certificate, packaging, and all accompanying materials must be preserved
  • The original invoice must be available

Any tampering, damage, or alteration to packaging or product will automatically void eligibility.

4. Intimation Timeline

Customers must notify Value Gold Coins within 48 hours of delivery in case of any discrepancy. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in rejection of the return request.

5. Proof Requirement

Customers are required to provide clear supporting evidence, including:

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
  • Images of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

Incomplete or insufficient proof may lead to rejection of the request.

6. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to internal review and approval. If approved:

  • The product must be handed over in secure packaging
  • Reverse logistics will be arranged or guided by our team

Upon receipt, the product will undergo strict quality and authenticity verification.

7. Resolution Process

After successful verification, Value Gold Coins will initiate one of the following:

  • Replacement of the correct product, or
  • Refund as per the refund policy

If the product fails verification, it will be returned to the customer without any liability.

8. Non-Acceptable Cases

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Opened or tampered packaging
  • Missing certificate or invoice
  • Requests based on price fluctuations
  • Delayed requests beyond the defined timeline
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

9. Rights Reserved

  • Approve or reject any return request after evaluation
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
