7. Delivery-Related Refunds

• If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to Value Gold Coins or its logistics partners, applicable charges may be refunded
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by the customer or unavailability at the delivery location, additional charges may not be refunded
